Shipping costs will vary depending on the service selected, as well as the destination of your chosen pieces. In the case of overseas territories of European countries – Zone 9 prices will apply.

All orders are packed and dispatched from Multiple Identities 1- 3 working days after receipt of payment. We send to the customer a tracking number by e-mail once the package is handed over to our shipping partner. Local national holidays may impact the delivery times. Multiple Identities is not liable for courier delays. The estimated delivery times (listed also above) are a guide only and can vary from the final delivery times.  The estimated delivery times start when the order is dispatched from Multiple Identities.

We insure each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to the specified delivery address. The responsibility of the goods passes to the customer after it is delivered to him/her.
